¤)ßmÇ(¤ vs. Team Liberation 07-05-2015

Third match we played was against clan Team Liberation. Clan with less exparianced players but still danger with their mappicks. Our pick was Battleaxe, we were quite confident there. TL picked Market Garden what was quite surprising. We started with our map.

Round 1

We start axis, easier side on paper. More focus given to the ground pays off and we get control over the flags. TL was quite stubborn with inf defense that really cost us some important tickets. Our air is very condifent and prevent enemy from bombing our artylery. Teamplay between tanks and inf is good, we control the map for most of the time.

Round ends 131:0 for us.

Round 2

Small change of the line up, we are ready for 2nd round. Our start is average, enemy wespe stops most of our tank attacks. TL put more pressure over the map. Once we try left, once we try right but we find it difficult to secure one of the sides. We trade one our flag for two enemies. Drain does not last that long.

After killing the wespe, we find it way easier to push through. We gain control over the ground. Our air had more problems this round but still they did not let us down!

Round ends 127:0 for us.

Time has come to play enemy map. We were looking forward to play axis first but our opponent decided to go axis themself.

Round 1

We start allied, smooth spawn and we go for given flags. TL manages to get through, into the flags. This really cost us some important time but no tickets atl all. Luckily we manage to kill most of the leftovers in city/church/big bridge. Our planes are always ready to support the ground. This really made the round go smooth. TL attacks till the end of round but without bigger success.

Round ends 187:0 for us.

Round 2

All PCWs we played before this match on Market Garden were focused on finding the best way to play axis side. We have a decent start if you can say it about playing axis on this map. TL find it hard to control the church. We capture bridge flags and hold city gray. Usually we trade one flag for another but TL does not get a drain but we make the ticket difference smaller and smaller. We die a lot but so does our opponent.

We manage to get a full cap for a while and it looks very promising. Ticket advantage is in our favour and we know we have to hold it so the final round is also our. TL was ready for that scenario, they bail on roofs, their pilot do their job. We find it harder and harder to bring more tanks into the city. TL recaptures flags, we loose the leade. We fight till the end for the win but we were bit unlucky.

Round ends 103:80 for TL.

Final score 4:1 (524:103) for ¤)ßmÇ(¤

Matchreport

¤)ßmÇ(¤ vs. inVictus 03-05-2015

Our 2nd game was played 03.05.2015. We started right after 20:30 on server provided by inVictus with opponent map - Abandoned City.

Enemy picked axis what was little confusing for us. Usually you pick the easier side for yourself to have better start. We knew that there could be something behind it.

Round 1

We started really fast by getting mid and south flag. North was attacked all the time but not of the purpose to capture it. Defending two flags takes a lot of attention and getting 3rd flag was a suicide. We controlled most of the round. Our mid cover always gave accurate information so we knew the exact spots and moves of enemies. After loosing a flag we were quickly motivated to recapture it. Solid defense of south, enemies had a lot more space on north but our infantry were ready for enemy sneakers.

Round ends 129:0 for us.

Round 2

We start axis, the beginning is decent but we can’t capture the mid. We take control over north and south. It splits our main forces so we are not able to cut enemy attacks. When we finally reach the mid, enemy captures one of our flag. Pressure put over our flags is bigger and bigger. Warm up from first round seemed to be in favour of 2-3 people from inVictus who leaded in this round. We start to loose more tickets because of drain. Our attack fails, we decide to make one organised attack that stops the bleed and brings a chance for us to stop the bleed. We hold the advantage till the end of round but we know we lost so many tickets.

Round ends 53:0 for us.

After first map we were in good moods, especially after nice come back in 2nd round and having in our line up Lecter, who missed some intense matches in last months. He proved to be a valuable member! We stay on the server, but this time with our pick - Tobruk. So far desert maps seemed to be in favour of us. Most of Clan Wars won there and we felt quite strong and confident at all fields. Our infantry switched with tankers.

Round 3

We start allied. Our defense line is ready to stop inVictus push. We knew our weaknesses from last clan wars and we knew how to counter our enemy. Good communication and teamplay between tanks and infantry was a key to hold the first line. After loosing a flag we were ready to recapture it and put even better resistance for upcoming attacks. InVictus did not try so much to go around to our main base, but if they did, there was always somebody ready to catch them before they could cause some damage to us.

We kept the round under control and won it.

Round ends 110:29 for us.

Round 4

We were so happy already because we knew we are in great favour to win the match but we still had to do our job by winning the round. Our start was smooth but we had some problems with inVictus. Enemy had to play agressive to hold our attacks and they almost succeed in doing it. Unfortunatly for inVictus, we were attacking and attacking, not letting our enemy to catch a breath. After succesfully capturing 1st line, we went for 2nd but with some problems. It usually happens if you decide to attack fast but we saw inVictus retreating to the main, what was not entirely true. When we finally captured 2nd line, we still had enough times for 2-3 attacks for enemy main. Unfortunatly for us, we failed with all the attacks, mainly because of the same reason with attack for 2nd line. Luckily for us, we were not worried about loosing the round by getting already a nice ticket advantage from 1st round on this map.

Round ends 128:93 for us.

Final score 4:0 (420:122) for ¤)ßmÇ(¤

Coming friday, 27 februar 2015 there will be a Battlefield Pirates mod event. Unfortunately the bf-league site is still down but i will post all required information such as server ip, download links, teamspeak ip and perhaps the time of the event right here.

Last week we did a small get together. Well, it wasnt that small after all.. there still were quite some players who showed up for it. Ive cut a short movie for you:

*Unfortunately my own voice wasnt recorded in the movie.

There is a chance that the server will be FULL this event the 27th. Please show up early if you want to participate. I will write the required information down below this text once I have it.

Hope to see some of you there.

Here are the download links and IP information:

The mod can be downloaded here

The mappack can be downloaded here.

Make sure that you select the correct directory for the mappack installation. It should be your main battlefield folder. Its not in program files but program files x86 perhaps idk. You have to search and select it manually or it wont install correctly.

The server: PepperGun BF42 Pirates. IP: 62.75.218.30:14570

The server should load in the list if you have the patch. Otherwise you dont need to open the mod, just add the ip in 'add server' and it will load the mod automatically.

TS details: 193.25.115.47. Password = furz. Room = Lack of Players

You should try to join at 20.00. Preferably may be earlier if you want to be sure to get a spot on the server.

This site is currently proceding an update process..

Work this far:

The layout has been refreshed and the user profiles updated. Team members may now also rank up (when proven worthy on the fields).

The old private forums have been put into 'inactive' and new forums can be viewed by the team members.

There is a new video section where you can easily share your videos. When sharing, you may decide if you want to put them private (bmc members only) or public (viewable by everyone ).The old video section is still available as well of course.

Personal information is no longer being shared to the public.

Updated history page.

¤)ßmÇ(¤ is alive!

We are all very much alive actually and in good health, except for ZAGI but he is OLD.

The past month we have noticed a huge change. At the beginning of the month we were able to form two teams at the same day, and we did that. We played 2 wars at exactly the same time. However, for official wars people had to sit out rounds or even full matches so that sucked for them. We have won quite a lot games. Anyway, after our first loss in the streak the motivation went down way fast. And also issues appeared. .
